Where do you find your favorite recipes when you are watching what you eat? Do you have a favorite magazine or cookbook? We are not following a particular diet (although both of us have lost this same 20 with WW in the past...) We are looking to eat healthier with less fat & control portion size. (And stop going to the wine shop so much!)

 
I like Cooking Light also and some of the big clinic websites like Mayo Clinic

have interesting recipes...I also like WorldsHealthiestFoods.com, very good nutrition information. I need to check out Women's Health and I think someone also mentioned Men's Health has good recipe ideas.

for my husband. I've bookmarked the sites you posted, so I'll look forward to using them as well. I also just picked up the summer prevention recipes book, which I think I'll use, too.

We'll see how it goes... Am also trying to exercise more. I went to the gym for the first time in ages yesterday. (It had been so long, I forgot the combination on my lock & had to get them to use the bolt cutters to get it off! Obviously, I need to go more frequently!)
