- Box of Trader Joe's Miso Ginger Broth
- Bag of frozen spinach
- A shot of fish sauce & soy sauce
- Chile paste to taste
Simmer until the spinach thaws, then pick your add ins.
Optional add ins:
- a couple eggs
- cubed fish or tofu
- a handful of potstickers
