I served it at my bookclub holiday party

but decorated with white frosting, crushed candy canes halfway up the sides and Hershey Candy Kisses on the top. Such a hit. Guests couldn't believe how moist it is. I've got a bunch of frozen layers in my freezer waiting to be frosted throughout the next week or so

I love baking with Hershey's dark cocoa. That and lots of egg yolks

beautiful. I would have to try it with a marshmallow-y filling. can't do lemon with chocolate.
