My Tailgate Menu from the big game Saturday night...

Sorry, slip of the digits. I was thinking Photobucket, shortened to initials...

which came out as FB since that is the sound.

So, did you do the edit in PB? smileys/wink.gif

Yes, but...

I think when I clicked on it and then it let me edit (surprised because I hadn't logged in), what happened is it saved the edited version in my personal PB, so I linked that to your post.

For future info, in PB you now hover over the single view photo to get several icons that are pull-down menus, "edit" is one of them. From edit, you'd want to resize. I always choose 600 and it will auto fill the rest.

And you know what's even weirder? That the last time I logged into the FK version of PB (awhile a go) vs. my personal one...the whole layout was different - like Windows 7 vs. 8

(I shudder at the idea of switching to Win8!)

LOL! Yes, got it...

I've done things like that before. You get where you set out to go, but you know you took a wrong turn...

Since we're on technical assistance, does anyone have a quick way to dive to the bottom here when one is using one's mobile for access? I dread the endless scroll to the bottom...

Oh how fun! I am not at all a football person, but I would definitely go to your tailgate! YUM!

How do you stay awake for the game with a meal like yours?

Don't know about phones, but...

on a laptop use the "end" key and often you can right click on the scroll bar to give you an options like that. Maybe try that on your mobile and see if you have any luck.

It is so easy. REC: Cincinnati Hot Dip

We can of course buy Cincinnati Chile in cans and in the freezer case here in the 'Nati, but next time you make it, put some in the freezer and you'll be good to go.

1 8-oz. package of cream cheese, room temp
1.5 cups of Cincinnati Chile
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar
Optional: 1/2 cup finely diced onions

Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a glass pie plate or ceramic quiche or tart dish. If using the onions, sprinkle them over the cream cheese.

Smooth the chili over the cream cheese layer and top with the shredded cheese.

Bake at 350F. for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Let sit for a few minutes before you put it out so guests don't scald their mouths with the hot molten dip.

Serve with Fritos large corn chips to scoop up the dip.

This stuff is wickedly good, always disappears at parties, and it is so easy. You can make it up a day in advance and just heat before serving.
