I love it when the grocery stores start selling their corned beef roasts for a realistic price after St. Patrick's Day.

Mmmmmm. One now, and a few more for the chest freezer.

Funny, I looked at them today on sale for 3 something in Kroger but

picked up a boneless chuck pot roast on sale instead. You've inspired me, I'll go back.
