in Saudi Arabia and wishing I could buy it. So I pulled up recipes for some liqueurs that I used over there to make my own. I'm posting them as I wrote them..."Sid" is short for the Arabic word for friend. That is what we called the "moon shine" that we used in place of Vodka or Gin. 180 proof! We would "cut" it with water. Green Bottles are the bottles that we could very conveniently buy by the case. They were about the same size as a 750ml wine bottle with a rubber lock down type seal. Who knows...maybe some one will want to make their own. They are all tried and true. I'll start with my favorite...Grand Marnier. This was given to me by a really sweet British couple. It is an interesting combination and delicious!
