I'm not Ang but we've been to Ak several times in July. The daytime temps

were mid 60's to low 70's but it was MUCH hotter in Fairbanks.

 
we always HOPE for hi 70s and an occasional low 80, but it has been very cool. You will be further

south and in a bit wetter climate---more like Seattle. Pack maybe just 1 pair of shorts and slacks/light sweaters/a fleece jacket or wind-weather jacket and light hat and gloves(those little stretchy things I keep in all my jacket pockets). It might be quite cool when surrounded by icebergs and glaciers! Nan would be your best source for temp info---it's in her neck of the woods.
