The only discernable difference between fresh and frozen is the spinach.

To this latest serving, I added a cooked garnet yam (cubed), some shredded rotisserie chicken, and a bit more coconut milk.

I only wish there was some way to disguise that drab brownish-grey color. Lar and I were thoroughly enjoying a bowl last night and we both said simultaneously "I wouldn't have TOUCHED this as a kid!"
