Need catering help

I have done catering on and off over the years and want to get back into more. Does anyone know of a web resource that lists the costs of ingredients? You know, you can take a recipe and figure out how much a 1/2 cup of flour costs, etc.? I know I could figure many of things out myself, but I wondered if their was something out there. Thanks!

 
Master Cook 9 gives you the ability to place Cost per Amount/Unit for

each ingredient. And then you can do a cost analysis on the recipe.

 
Anything you might find in print is going to be pretty much out-dated with today's fluctuations
