Need garlic scapes recipe

The CSA box this week included garlic scapes. I have never used (or seen, frankly) them before. Anyone have any recipes? Also, if you do, could you tell me what part I am to use or do I use the whole long, curly thing.

Thanks so much. My preschoolers are loving all the new veggie recipes.
