Need help figuring out fruit servings for brunch!

Hi all...I've sure missed being on here, but have been deep into keto and trying not to "slide" smileys/smile.gif

We are having a brunch for 90 ladies. Serving a hot croissant/egg bake, sausages, muffins, and yogurt fruit cup. The cup will have about 1/2 cup plain yogurt and we will offer granola and fresh cut up fruit to top it with.

My question is...how much fruit to buy?! It will be strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, pineapple, and nectarines. I am just getting 1 pineapple to cut up, but for the rest of the fruit, is there a way (by weight maybe??) to judge how much I'll need?

TIA

Here's quantities for soft fruit. Rough estimate per serving: 2 TBL to 1/4 C over yogurt

Round up to 100 people

2 TBL = 12.5 Cups of fruit
3 TBL = ~19 Cups of fruit
4 TBL (1/4 C) = 25 Cups of fruit

From the second link (Produce Calculator), it states a fresh pineapple has 4 ½ Cups of chunks. If you know you'll use pineapple chunks, then you'll need 8-17 cups of other fruits.

Another fruit would be grapes: 2½ Cups of Halved Grapes in a Pound of Grapes
