I'll need to make about 120 (~3") of them for the roof of the doghouse GBH. I bought one mold with 18 small bones and they are just too small for the scale of the house. There is another mold out there with 1 large bone and that's too big. There's another mold out there that has 6 bones per sheet (yes! be still, my beating heart...), but it turns out to have 2 large and 4 small...so that's not any good.
For the first GBH, I had one mold with 6 shells and it took me FOREVER to get enough to cover the roof. Last year, I bought 5 more forms and cranked out 36 shells per hour. I did the whole roof in one evening. And that's what I want to do with the dog bones.
