Need help identifying my grapes....calling all northern CA people!!

They look like Thompson - green, same size, have seeds, the skin slips easily, and they taste just like a concord.

 
So, for those of you waiting with bated breath...I have Niagara grapes

A cross between the Cassady and Concord, hence the wonderful concord taste. It mentions they are good for making jam. Although it would be a pain what with the seeds, does anyone have a good jam recipe?!
