I would suggest cutting them up; micro for 10 minutes; add olive oil seasonings
perhaps if you have some italian seasonings or pesto, garlic flavoring, etc...
Will be wonderful, flavorful and not require alot of work... (Because of your timing, I would definitely recomend smaller pieces and to be safe, I would micro to cook them a bit before putting them in the oven...)
