Need help in next 2 hours. How much time and at what temp to bake 17 potatoes?

Shouldn't take any longer to bake 17....

than one.
Do you want crunchy skins and fluffy insides? Then bake at 500 degrees F. for 1 hour.
If you just want standard baked....375 degrees for an hour, or until they are tender enough to slide a knife balde in easily.
Either way, preheat the oven and place the potatoes directly on the oven rack.

 
I would suggest cutting them up; micro for 10 minutes; add olive oil seasonings

perhaps if you have some italian seasonings or pesto, garlic flavoring, etc...

Will be wonderful, flavorful and not require alot of work... (Because of your timing, I would definitely recomend smaller pieces and to be safe, I would micro to cook them a bit before putting them in the oven...)

Trust me...They will be delish!

 
That would need to be a metal skewer to cook faster--

not a bamboo.
Cook at 400* for one hour--should get the job done.

 
It probably will take longer since you are adding quite a mass of

cold ingredients to a hot oven, it will take the temp down more than a lesser amount. You could compensate by starting at a hotter oven temp.
