Need two good cupcake frosting recipes, one chocolate, one vanilla.

I need to be able to pipe them through a pastry bag onto the cupcakes, and have it hold shape overnight.

This is what I used when I made 100 cupcakes that had to sit at room temp overnight and then stand-up to a hot September day picnic party in a park. I tested it pretty extensively to ensure it wouldn't melt in the heat. To make a chocolate version you could just add a good cocoa powder.
