Needed more 8oz jars for all the raspberries I planned on picking today and found a 12pk at Walmart

for only $6.00. That is a really good price for around here. They are usually about $9.00/12. The ones at Walmart are Ball brand with the fruit on the glass. Just wanted to pass on the savings in case anyone needs jars!

Raspberry picking was pretty good, the season just opened. I think I have enough for two batches of jam. We also picked some blueberries. It is the end of the blueberry season and they were a bit more time consuming to pick but very sweet and juicy. Can't wait to get the jams made!

I use quart & pint canning jars for small canisters so like to pick up a case every once in a while.

seen the little jars so cheap out here.

Dang, I wish we had raspberries close by.
