Hi all,
We were on vacation in Whistler BC at the end of last month and I wish I had recipes from all of the wonderful dinners we had up there. But I did score the cocktail recipe for this wonderful hot drink - perfect after dinner watching the snow fall. The amazing thing is that it tastes like blueberries but there are none in there at all! I'm heading to BevMo tonight to pick up the liqueurs as the cupboard is tragically bare.
REC: "Blueberry Tea" Whistler style
A large brandy snifter filled with:
1 jigger of Grand Marnier
1 jigger of Amaretto
1 cinnamon stick
Brew a small pot of tea (PJ Tips is recommended or your favorite orange pekoe), and pour hot tea into snifter, and sip slowly. ahhh. heaven in a glass!
