We had some here at work and on a whim I tried it, and boy, did it ever ad some excitement to my bologna sandwich. last year I put a few glasses of German style mustards in his stocking, so to keep that little tradition going I'll add this Gourmaise this year.http://www.boarshead.com/digicatessen.php
