New Recipe Software from the CIA.....

Missy, can you run that? I am getting a message that I need...

to downlad from Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. 50727.
It directed me to a page that is way to tech for me.

Really like the idea of having that, was looking through my stained, dog eared, but loved 5th edition.

Thanks, and Happy New Year

Thanks, that's the link that confused me, but I just did it and all is well. New computer and was ..

not sure what was on it already and that business of uninstalling what was there etc. scared me.
Thanks again and Happy New Year!!!!

It had to download that for me also but it works like a charm.....

I just got Living Cookbook but this has features I like better in some areas so I think I might order it too tomorrow before the price goes up. Would have been nice to had at least 30 days to try but they just sent this out Christmas Eve or so.

I really like the book feature - you can do chapters and sections and it automatically creates the index and such - pretty cool!

Also - it looks more like the format I have to use in culinary school for recipes so it will be nice to enter them and then print cards - OH how I hope that works better than Master Cook!!!!!!!!!!

I paid for Master Cook because someone highly recommended it and wasn't too impressed, of course,

it's now, CD and all, in the Gulf of Mexico with my drowned laptop. I had a trial version of Living Cookbook and didn't see much there either.

Have been through two versions of this book and love it, but too big to lug around.

I do not see a price on that site?? How much is it?

Thanks for the link and feedback.

Nan

Think it's $30 if you order by the end of today, $60 after that...

but considering the book is around $60 and has just been updated, sounds pretty good to me - although I did just buy the book about two months ago smileys/frown.gif

According to the small print on this page(inside and link), it's 49.95 til end of day then $30 more.

For a limited time, the CIA is pleased to offer our new i-COOK ProChef software at a discounted price!
