and Mozz last night. While I love to make our own salad dressings, dh does not like it to be heavy w/ oil. The glaze was nice because it was thick, but did not have an oily flavor.

I see they make a fig flavored one...... mmmmm

I love it too! I found a hot pepper balsamic glaze in food store, (DeNegris)

I drizzle it over mozz/melon/tomato skewers in the summer. Use on paninis etc. Great for plate decorating if you just need a touch on a platter. Good stuff!
You may be able to find smaller sized bottles to see if you like it.

Trader Joe's has a Balsamic Reduction (glaze) in a smaller size plastic container

that is excellent. I use it as a drizzle on stir-fry and put a few swirls around on the plate. Looks pretty and tastes good. You can use it for all sorts of things, roasted veggies taste great with the balsamic drizzle.
