you place your oven rack in the top notch, set the oven to 350°, and roast your asparagus until a knife pierces it, then turn the broilder on for 2-3 minutes to caramelize them. Reviewers loved it. I want to read the article again, not trusting my brain to remember anything completely! but, of course, I can't find the article. Do you know about this method or remember which site wrote the article?
