NFR Converter Box Coupons

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anybody here does not need their allotted coupons for the digital conversion boxes that we will need to convert an analog tv to receive a digital signal. I'm sure you know there is a limit of per household if you fill out the form at https://www.dtv2009.gov/ApplyCoupon.aspx , but the trouble is we have more than 2 tvs in the house. No cable or satellite and none of our tvs are new enough to be digital.

Is anyone who won't need a box willing to request one or two and share? I will send a self-addressed envelope to you, of course. Please PM me or email me at dawndo4@graffiti.net

I wish I could help, but I ordered for my dad and sister. It's simple to do, if anyone can help.

Hopefuly they will get more funding. I ordered them too and will send them when/if they come in.

Thanks everyone - I just love this place. Now I am starting to feel guilty

about taking them if other people need them too. They said they would "redistribute" any unused/expired ones if they aren't used. It's just that we have ooold tvs and I can't see having to toss them come February.

Take the ones you need, and if you get extras, offer them on freecycle,org

most cities have them and they are great. I received a large dresser for my son from them. It is a site dedicated to keeping things out of landfills. It is amazing the things they offer, and you can offer anything also. I don't usually "get" a lot, it just so happened that someon offered a large dresser, which is what I was looking for, for my son. If you get extras from us, just offer them on this site and they will be taken, and appreciated. You can designate a public meeting place as opposed to meeting at your house, which is what I am comfortable with.
