What a lovely compliment! Thanks GR. I was fortunate to have parents who
sat and challenged us kids with words & numbers. My mom left school at 9th grade to go to the steel mill and become a crane operator...at age 15, no less. She lied and took her sister's birth certificate to get the job.
When I was in 8th grade, Mom went to nightschool to get her GED so she could continue to work with her brood of 8 children and their homework.
It's one of those blessings you never think about until you think about it.
Thanks Mom. Thanks Dad.
