them. Hubby just reminded me that someone wanted her eggs. I completely forgot about it and for the life of me I can't remember who it was. I think it might have been Misplaced in Az but I'm just not sure. I did a search and can't find that post. Help!?

orchid, be careful...

is it a protected or endangered animal in your state? If so you could get into big trouble if you move/give away/sell the eggs. I don't know whether that's the case or not, but please check before you touch.

Hi Richard, she's a black Australian swan and isn't supposed to even>>>

be in Florida. Florida only shows about a dozen of them in the state, all in the Orlando area. She doesn't have a mate so the eggs aren't fertilized. When she first started laying her eggs at my house over a year ago, I contacted the Florida Fish and Wildlife at that time to find out what to do. They told me to make a few fake eggs (kids clay you bake in the oven) and then let her have 3 or 4 and then start replacing them with the fake ones. She always has 6 and I just slowly take them from her. I can always tell when she is ready for the last one to go. Thanks for your concern.
