NFR - Need help from anyone in AZ or that might have connections to BCS Championship Game tickets...

DH and friends have had plans for a trip out there since October. Airline tickets, rented a house on Grayhawk golf course, etc.

Last night a wrench was thrown into the plans and now they only have two tickets for four people.

Looking for either two or four tickets.

Also looking for tips on restaurants and need one pretty bad one that serves at least beer - part of a gag for the loser of their round of golf.

you're going to need it. I feel sorry for the Florida fans since OSU knew they were going 2 weeks before Florida did and snatched up every hotel room, rental car, and tickets to be had before Florida even could think about it.

They started with airline tickets towards the end of September. Put a hold on the house - which has four bedrooms, pool, you name it all for about what a hotel would have cost them - by mid-October and then got the deposit overnighted after they beat Michigan.

They have done this several years and always wound up with tickets but it's been moved to a smaller stadium this year and the prices all seem a good bit higher. More than anything, it seems like a lot of scam artists out there this time - we found one on ebay that had the same two tickets listed something like 10 times.

 
Definitely small for a Big Ten team...Ohio State has the third largest

stadium in the Big Ten after Michigan and Penn State and 106,000 were crammed in for the Michigan game last month. There will easily be 80,000 Ohio State fans **outside** of the stadium during the game without tickets.
