fall yesterday. literaly tripped over my own feet with little help from a leg on a bench.
went down hard on elbow and knee.
this is the best part, I was at the freakin' gym.
arm hurt really bad, went to treadmill and finished workout, skipped weights. home about an hour and wow, big ouyie, decided better see doc.
well after finding out my doc was out of town and spending lots of time in voice mail hell, found someone who could squeeze me in.
this dude put me through all sorts of contortions and was pretty sure nothing was broken, but thought just to be safe, I should have an x-ray. well boys and girls, do have a break.
but it's the humarus just below shoulder. 6-8 weeks in a sling.
actually guess I was lucky, a shoulder injury would have been awful.
I have the worst habit of not looking down, head in the clouds?
but, when on a rough trail or in the woods, am careful and never get hurt.
so, laugh at the old broad, damn typing with one wing is hard!
Nan
