NFRC: 4 Second Workout

I am teaching from home now, of course, which means I am sitting all day long instead of running around my large classroom. It is amazing how painful my body feels at the end of the day, even though I tried to walk from one end of the house to the other 5 times, or around the pool 5 times when I remembered. I tried the intense bursts instead, setting Alexa to remind me several times a day, and am astonished at how much better I feel. Thank you!
