NFRC: Anyone have the Gel Mats for your kitchen? I have a problem with my large one curling under

on all sides and am ready to throw it out and order another. My two smaller ones are just fine and have no issues with. I've had them about 16 months and they are no longer under warranty:(

Just wondered if anyone had this problem and was able to solve it before I trip and need another back surgery!

I assume you've contacted the company. They couldn't offer any help?

Warranty schmarranty! 16 months doesn't seem like a very long time for a mat to lose its shape and become a hazard.

I'd be workin' my way up the supervisorial line at customer service.

You're right Michael - I will pursue this harder. I really swear by them and hope

the company will do the right thing. We shall see on Monday!
