I'm dealing with a idiot biller and the only way I'm going to get her to bill with the correct procedure # is to give it to her.

I can't remember what the # is, so could somebody look it up for me?

I thought I had some receipts here. I run into problems trying to get my money

back on pre-tax Health Care Reinbursements. One of Larry's doctors had his wife write up a $120 receipt on a Rx pad. No code, no explanation, no nothing. You'd think she would at least know better.

Obviously, my reinbursement was rejected. Now I have to track that one down.

Just took a month for another of Larry's MDs to get me a valid receipt for a $350 co-payment. What is wrong with these people!

I've had luck finding codes online, but I always need a point of reference. If you still need help later on today, I'll ping from home.

Everytime I enter my state, I get sent back to the user agreement.
Will have hubby look at it when he gets home.
Not like the billing person is ever going to return my call. Looks like I will have to go to the office and raise a stink.
I mean really, billing a surgical procedure as a lab procedure??????
