NFRC: Does anyone know how to scale down a picture so it fits on our profile? I.E.

Dawn, I use a photo editing package...
Picture it (microsoft digital image pro). Any photo editing software should be able to do this. Select resize image - in my toolbar this is under format. You can change the resolution and size. If you can't do it, you can send the image to me and I can try to do it for you.

easiest if you set the resolution at 64 pixels per inch, make the larger dimension (height or width) 1" and keep proportions the same.

It also might say "resample" instead of "resize". First, change the resolution to 72.
It will probably be 150, 300 or 600. Change that to 72 and see how that looks. Once the resolution is changed, then you can adjust the actual onscreen size by lowering the number of pixels to what you want (64 x 64 or less).

I managed to find a small gif. If anyone is interested, do a google search for
"emoticons" - those are usually within the allowable size. They have some cute animated ones at
