C, not sure if you want to drive over, but there is a $1200 Maytag dryer on sale for $550
at Windermere (exclusive home area in West Orlando).

Wow, that's a deal. Unfortunately, I have cabinets over the space and it wouldn't fit. None of the
new, larger washers with features I want would fit, I wouldn't be able to open the lid. I really don't want a front loader, so I guess we're going to have the dryer motor replaced and hope they both last a bit longer.

Whatever you do, don't buy a Wesstinghouse Estate. We have
their dryer and dishwasher and both are mediocre at best. Bought them at the same time to get a discount on multi-purchases and delivery costs. Salesman told us they are really discounting the price...but it's just a cheap piece of crap.
