NFRC Help. Can someone tell me how to send email to a group of people yet hid the names?

I need to send a file out to the OCD volunteers and, to respect their privacy, would like just "OCD" or something like that to show up as the email recipients....rather than a list with everyone's email address.

For the life of me, I can't figure it out using Windows Office Outlook (not Outlook Express).

Send a message without the recipient's name showing
Show All
Hide All
In a message, click To.
In the Type name or select from list box, type the name or click Advanced, and then click Find.
In the Name list, click the name, and then click Bcc (Bcc: An abbreviation for blind carbon copy. If you add a recipient's name to this box in a message, a copy of the message is sent to that recipient, and the recipient's name is not visible to other recipients of the message.).
Click Send.
