Get me out of California before I eat every Coconut Creme Pie that Marie Callendar's makes! lol

I go home on the 12th so there's time to do more damage.

I normally don't eat pie but it's been calling my name and it IS just as good as I remember it from living here in prior years. Oh,my...HELP! LOL

This is NOT good for my diet! smileys/smile.gif

 
I don't know about Marie's but Coconut Cream would be a red light food for me any day

Remember those little Morton's frozen lemon cream pies-probably about 12 to 16 ounces? I can remember stopping at the grocery store when my sister and I were out riding bikes one summer day and buying one. (I'm guessing we were about 9 and 11). We took it and sat on the curb behind the store and broke it into pieces and ate the entire thing frozen out of hand.

 
Oh, yes! I do!

Can remember when I was small I thought they were to die for! lol My mother would never buy them. She made 'real pies'. My grandmother's coconut cream was the bestest way back in the 50 - 60's.

I'll be having no more pie now. Got it out of my system! LOL

no help here, but I say enjoy every single piece since you won't enjoy it again for a long time
