YAY, I HAVE A JOB! I'll be doing PR/marketing for (and managing) the books division of a small PR firm in Manhattan, starting next month. smileys/smile.gif I'm so excited: it's a wonderful company and there's a lot of room for growth.
I'm a lot happier than I was on Monday, when a valued contact from my alumni network (and the VP of a publishing house here) told me the best I could hope for was an entry-level assistant position.
Also, the cookbook I worked on this summer is due to launch online at DailyLit in the next couple of weeks, so I'll be sure to let you know what's going on with that, if you like. smileys/smile.gif
FINALLY. Thanks for all your support, folks!
