in the Mediterranean for 2 weeks!!!!! I am dizzy with disbelief and so very excited!!! They own a beautiful boat that charters there over the summer. The owners will be going for the month of Sept and have invited us to join them the first two weeks! (This is so not good for my job as I am in retail, but how could I possibly turn down such an invitation!!)

We will fly to Istanbul and stay in the city for 3 days. Then fly to Bodrum where we will join the boat. The owners are open for any suggestions of things to do and places to see. The crew has been on the boat all summer and will have some suggestions for us too. But, please tell me any must see/do/eat-at that you know about.

Marg, I really don't know. We don't have any specific plans. The only place I know..

that we will be stopping to explore is Rhodes. So I guess I will get a Greek stamp in my passport book too smileys/smile.gif Certainly is a vacation of a life time, one I NEVER expected!

 
Barb there is a young couple who captain/chef on the boat. They are from

South Africa and she is the chef. Apparently from a family of restaurant owners. I have seen pics of some of her meals, I think we will be very happy!!!
