NFRC: That's it! I'm done! Finished my final final on Wed. afternoon

and I am school free and homework free! I student teach in the fall, but I'm free and clear of classes and can dedicate my summer to cooking (hubby is relieved of duty) and lazing around and cruising the swap.

Can't wait to make something delicious! I'm long overdue for some serious cooking.

I turned down a couple of events for this summer. I'm exhausted and just can't

see myself doing anything but cooking for pleasure.

Thanks for all the congratulations. Going back to school at my age (turned 39 just last Friday) and raising a family was very challenging. But I'm psyched to be a teacher and think I'll still be able to fit catering some weddings in during my summer break! See how sneaky I am?
