asked if I was the "Orchid" that won the mixer give-away on Pioneer Woman the other day. I checked to see who the winners were and when I saw Orchid my heart just skipped a beat! I thought..wow, I won! How cool. And then I noticed the pizza description was not what I wrote. I was stunned! Can you imagine there is another Orchid? Oh well, it was fun for a second and as someone else said...I should go buy a lotto ticket cause someone called Orchid did win. Maybe it's a sign? We'll all just keep on trying right? One of us has to win sometime???

 
I saw that too and wondered if it was YOU! I don't know how that lady does all that she does...

I got her cookbook today and it is the most lovely cookbook I have ever seen and I have lots of them. Her recipes are really cowboy food, comfort food and very good I am sure. I love her stories about ranch life, her kids, the wild mustangs they care for, and even pictures of her Marlboro Man's rear in his chaps!!!! She does well with her projects.

 
I've gotten several PM's and realized it's natural that you all would wonder

if it was me. Orchid's kinda unusual wouldn't ya think? And I love going to her site also. She is just to funny. Oh, and I'm Kathy by the way. ;0)
