1/2 cup Onions, chopped

1 Green pepper, chopped

Monterey seasoning, to taste

Sunny Paris seasoning, to taste

Directions:

Notes: Very tasty. Great for leftover baked ham.

Have you ever tried making deviled ham for sandwiches? I made some just this week

to use with Flat Out bread. Spread a spicy mustard over the Flat Out, put of row of deviled ham and some very crisp lettuce. Rolled it up, cut at an angle, and you have a WOW sandwich! Flat Out comes in a lot of flavors. Used the Flax seed one this last time. Very good. I found a recipe for the deviled ham which uses sweet gherkins, we loved it.
