No Thanksgiving Thread Yet?

I came just knowing that you all would have started a thread for Thanksgiving. After a long hiatus, I'm now ready to get back to cooking.

 
More information & Question

I just invited two people from Louisiana, two from Italy, and one other Southerner for Thanksgiving. I’m debating whether to do a traditional Southern Thanksgiving or a combination of their cultures. At least one from the two couples and the single Southerner are cooks and would love to prepare a dish as well as be happy with my traditions.

 
Prepare a stuffed turkey, southern cooking. Have sides from their cultures, and see if...

...they might want to cook/bring some.

I think that would be fun. Southern, Italian, Louisianan. They are all good friends so no matter what they might bring it would be fun.

 
What a fun table you will have. I am sure they will appreciate how you are trying to incorporate

their cultures. If they all bring their traditional dish, it will certainly add to table conversation.
