Non-Food Post: *Britt-Marie Was Here* book recommendation (and movie if it ever comes here)

Saw the trailer first, which made me want to read the book. I was a bit wary because I never finished reading "A Man Called Ove" (also written by Fredrik Backman) but decided to give it go.

The opening sequence sealed the deal.

"Forks. Knives. Spoons.

In that order.

Britt-Marie is certainly not the kind of person who judges other people. Far from it.

But surely no civilized person would even think of arranging a cutlery drawer in a different way from how cutlery drawers are supposed to be arranged.

We're not animals, are we?"

ha. hahaha. Captain AR Perfecto has found his match.

I loved this book. Tried to get it on my book club's list but no luck.

Being women of a certain age, I thought the group would have a great discussion. Oh well.
