No strawberries here, just full on rhubarb. Even the twins next door love it. I didn’t use a crust that made for fancy styles or photos. Just the good for almost everything dough in t&t. You can really see those chunks of butter here. You know your crust came out good when it shatters under your fork. Recipe at the link. Anne Dimock’s straight up rhubarb pie.
