It's about 5 mins down the highway from me can walk down to my beach and see it , I also use to live over there and walk right where it happen . I wouldn't be surprised if the hill where I take my walk doesn't come down soon.

Yikes, I didn't hear about this. I'm a couple of hours up the road and just across the border. We usually have KOMO or KIRO news on but we must have missed the news.

 
I think it was last year when we discovered..

that she's close. I live in Vancouver area now but believe Marg lives on the island, close to where I grew up.Still have family there and still consider it home. Its a lovely place.Its funny how you would return in a heartbeat to the same place you couldn't wait to escape, as a young person.

 
Yes, I escaped it after a year here when I was 23. It was no place for a young person then. It

has changed a lot but the big difference is that I am now an old person. It is quite the spectacular corner of the world.
