Now I KNOW I've read (last year and just recently) a post about a sour cream apple cake, but

I can't find anything close to that when I do a search. A few pumpkin ones that must mention "apple", but can someone point me in the right direction. I think there were raves about a few different ones last year. Maybe not sour cream in there? Thank you.

I remember this link---such good recipes. and, that Tastefully Simple cake mix is really good.

but pricey for what you get. one year I went to a neighborhood party for TS and ended up buying several of the cake mixes as Christmas gifts for the girls at work. I had some small baskets and put the mix and some apples into the baskets for a nice little gift. the girls who don't bake much were thrilled with how the cake turned out.
