Cream fraiche was a bust...never thickened more than heavy, heavy cream. I saw it on TV
and it was as heavy as sour cream. Oh well.
Buttermilk pancakes were so-so. This means I'm 1 for 3 on the pasturized heavy cream & buttermilk recipes, but the panna cotta was worth the other two busts.
