Oh dear, I burnt the borscht! The Roost smells awful!

As soon as it cools, it's off to the terlet for disposal and I'm going to simmer some oranges to help the aroma in here, it's too cold to open the windows but I guess I'll have to do it - the heat comes back on at 5...

Aaack! And I was so looking forward to having it for lunch today... I turned it on to simmer while I was in the shower but put it on high instead of low, wah waaaaaa.

 
I feel your pain - I seem to have a case of the Sarah BURNhardts lately

I've ruined two pans and a few meals in the past few weeks.

 
Bet it smells better than my front door.....NFR. My cat had an altercation with a skunk this

morning. She didn't get a direct hit but the fumes had a nasty effect on her eyes. We were able to clear her eyes with plain cool water.

As for the front door; I don't think it got a direct hit but something sure did. Glad I don't have guests coming for a few days.

 
my sister's dog did that - twice - and the vet gave them something that worked perfectly!

It was something they shampooed the dog with and immediately took away the smell.
