oh, how timely. NYTimes article about Seven Fishes

Thanks for this! I still have no idea of what I'm going to do for the main dish/“something for the pot”. Clearly, they aren’t really doing the feast as the latest text says they don’t care if they have seven types of fish (and this article aside, I’d read it was supposed to be seven courses of fish). Also, turns out we have someone allergic to shellfish and everything being served has or is shellfish. The text response to that was “just have crab then”. 😳

Also, they’ve delayed dungeness crab season further, till after Christmas. I read at the wharf crab from Oregon starts at $27 a lb, right off the boats.
