Oh Maria, check out this pink stove.

Curious1, what a magnificent stove! Wish my mom were still alive to see this. She got a pink free-

standing Frigidaire stove/oven unit back when I was a kid. It was on sale so she picked it up for a song after our really old stove oven went out. Then of course, she had to paint the kitchen cupboards pink to match the stove! When she had the kitchen enlarged & remodeled in 1980-ish, she could NOT bring herself to pitch that old pink Frigidaire--said it baked better than any oven she'd ever had (it was her 2nd oven!) so she had my brother run another 220 electrical line to the cellar, and that pink 4-burner stove is STILL DOWNSTAIRS in the old farmhouse where my brother has lived his entire life. In the new kitchen she put in a Jenn-Air, but she never did like the way its oven baked and/or browned so she continued to use the pink Frigidaire oven in the basement until she passed in 2009. I never thought I'd ever come across another pink stove. You've conjured up a lot of memories for me. Will have to have my sister take a look at what you've posted. Thanks!

Love it!

But then again I love my 1959 pink GE as well.

I'm so glad I procrastinated remodeling so I still have my pink cooktop and oven. Kick myself for not even trying to fix the pink fridge. When my SS fridge dies I'm getting a GE artistry and painting it pink to match.

I've decided to "love the one you're with." Instead of gutting. Love how well my oven bakes. So much better than some of the expensive stuff friends have put in. And I love my cooktop compared to the new Electrolux my neighbors have.
