Oh My, check out this Sunny Egg Ravioli. Tortured Food category or lovely garnish?

Tortured food for sure, but I like it. One by itself would be a nice starter. I'd have to make

double, though, because I'm sure a few would break while cooking.

 
I think i like it, maybe lunch with a salad? I love eggs, but also love my oatmeal, cold cereal, and

a bagel with all the stuff for breakfast, so often make an omelet for lunch.

I do eggs bene for breakfast once a week on the ship and for lunch once a week, I am just too busy to take time to enjoy a poached egg,

Joe, i'm sure you know the drill, bit of vinegar or lemon juice in the water, slow simmer, break into a dish and slide in? they shouldn't be breaking?

Perfect for a special lunch. Nan, I'm pretty good at poaching eggs but patting pasta dough

around a raw egg yolk without breaking it sounds like a challenge. Gotta try it though.

 
SOOO thrilled you posted this, one of our favorite restaurants serves this as

single, plated with brown butter sauce. A splurgy treat that I have been trying to recreate unsuccessfully at home. Now I have the secret! Thanks for posting!! smileys/smile.gif
