Late last night I arrived home from spending three weeks at my mom's (no husband and no kids!!) to find a small stack of mail waiting for me.

In that pile was an amazing gift, which I am sure you were all worried sick had been lost in the mail or some such. (In fact, there are 3 PMs waiting for me here...I haven't read them yet, but I'm wondering if one is an inquiry) Well, I got it, safe and sound, and I am totally and utterly...I can't even find the words. Astounded? Amazed? FLABBERGASTED???

You are all way too much. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I feel quite undeserving of it really, as here I come home from being practically AWOL (not quite, but almost!) to be thanked for all my hard work!

I have no idea what I'll do with it yet, except that I know I'll get something totally extravagant that I never would have purchased for myself otherwise. :eek:) That's what these kinds of gifts are for, aren't they? ;o)

So...THANK YOU THANK YOU SO MUCH. I'm glad that you all love this forum so much, and in fact I'm quite proud of what we have managed to accomplish here as a community. This is a wonderful place, and it is the people here that make it so.

I've been MIA awhile, too. Wedding of my middle daughter is forthcoming then a week long trip to the Lakeland, FL area for a week then I'll be back on the forum.

this project and keeping things moving along. I was the lucky one...receiving all those lovely cards and letters, believe me, I cried at my mailbox more than once!

Oh my...Looking at that pile of cards and letters, and reading the story, I was reduced to tears. Thank you all so much. I'm totally and completely humbled by the love and work that went into this. Thank you Dawn, and Traca, and everyone else involved.
