i stopped by my favorite liquor store to stock up for my sister's visit this saturday. the merchants are agressive bargain hunters.

example: i bought 1.75 liters of A. Fussigny blend cigare blend cognac for $60. List price: $250.

the only thing i couldn't find was bev's favorite gin.

What was the name of the fantastic tequila you and I shared when you were in Pittsburgh, and we cooked that huge meal????

Never could remember it, but it sent me on a mission to find quality tequila...never found one that perfect. As I remember, your tequila also was a bargain...

oh wow. ancient of days and so much tequila over the dam...

i have forgotten.

try sauza hornitos or commemorativo. very fine and you don't hafta bow to the patron to get wonderful tequila.

i know i'm an outlier here but i've never met anything with cuervo on the lable that i liked.

if you can find it, zapopan reposado is a sleeper and a truly nice buy. so many brands come and go...

and MANY SMOOCHES.
